Terms of Service (The Scribe's Agreement)
Every project undertaken by Vellum and Code is a partnership. We provide a “Seal of Quality” on all delivery, ensuring that the code is functional, documented, and built to the specifications agreed upon in our initial “Blueprint.” Ownership of the final manuscript (the code) transfers to the client upon full settlement of the engagement, while the “tools of the craft” (our proprietary methodologies) remain with the agency.
